A total of eight high qulity research papers from the School of IT, Mae Fah Luang University were presented at the The 2016 International Symposium on Intelligent Signal Processing and Communication Systems (ISPACS 2016), Held in Patong, Phuget, a rainforested, mountainous island in the Andaman Sea, brought together researchers around the world in Signal and Communication Systems communities. Research papers from the School of IT, Mae Fah Luang University presented during this event, including:

ผลพัฒนาโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเรื่องกลไกการคลอดต่อความรู้ของนักศึกษา

การพัฒนาโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเรื่องกลไกการคลอดเป็นการนำเสนอเนื้อหาโดยใช้คำอธิบายสั้นๆง่ายๆและใช้ภาพประกอบแบบสามมิติจากโปรแกรมสร้างภาพเคลื่อนไหว โดยใชเหลักการที่ว่าภาพจะช่วยอธิบายสิ่งที่ไม่สามารถมองเห็นได้ให้ง่ายต่อการรับรู้เพื่อสร้างภาพหมุนของศรีษะทารกเมื่อเคลื่อนผ่านช่องเชิงกรานออกมา

PROBLEM BASED DESIGN PROCESS FOR THE DIGITAL CONTENT CREATION: A CASE STUDY IN LUANG PRABANG DIGITAL CONTENTS DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

The digital content creation could  be fail because  it might afford inappropriate content coverage, problem solving skill requirements or unintended ambiguous information to the problem. The design problems  are very important for the effectiveness of problem-based learning (PBL). The adoption of
9 step of problem design process will introduce  in this paper. The 9 step problem design process was built  on 3C3R problem design model which is a systematic conceptual framework for guiding the design of effective  and reliable  problem for PBL. Three contents  of Luang Prabang  DigitalContent were developed by 15 students who studying in multimedia Technology  and Animation Major at School of Information Technology, Mae Fah Luang
University. There have difference  styles of content creation including of 20 animation (Undo), 30 animation (Understand) and Motion Graphic (Unseen). In this paper will apply 9 step problem designs for 30 animation (Understand) content. The result shown the 9 step of problem design process can help the learners and instructors  more understand and identify problems.​

เครื่องนับหยดน้ำเกลือไร้สาย

การให้น้ำเกลือในโรงพยาบาลนั้น   ผู้ป่วยอาจจะได้รับความเสี่ยงอันเกิดจากการที่พยาบาลลืมว่าปริมาณน้ำเกลือใกล้จะหมดหรือมีอาการผิดปกติก่อนที่จะถึงเวลาเปลี่ยนน้ำเกลือโดยที่พยาบาลผู้ดูแลไม่ทราบ หรือโรงพยาบาลอาจจะใช้เครื่องควบคุมการหยดของน้ำเกลือ (Infusion Pump) แต่จะมีใช้แค่ห้องICU เท่านั้น เพราะราคาค่อนข้างที่จะสูงมาก ราคาประมาณ 60,000-80,000 บาท จึงไม่สามารถจะใช้ได้กับผู้ป่วยทุกคน
